I was watching a report on TV the other night showing an SUV that I believe the U.S. military supe'd up. It had like launching devices built in for tire spikes, mortars, etc... It was obviously armored and had all kinds of neat James Bond type gadgets.

My question is, where can I find information about this vehicle on the net?

Ive tried all kinds of different searches but fail to find anything related to this awesome assult suv.

I don't know hardly anything about CR. It looks like they take a pretty large array of attributes in their decisioning, which is why a car like the Matrix could get a higher rating than the Vibe. I think the nameplate and resale values are one of the attributes considered. Not necessarily simply the best performing vehicle. For that, you may need to look at performance comparos.
